Due to the high professionalism and low interaction of architecture, it is difficult for young people to experience the beauty and extraordinary of architecture only through books and webs.

How might we tell an appealing story of famous architectures to young people?

Different from other projects, ARCHIMOOD is inspired by my own story. In my long study journey of urban planning, I found learning architecture only in book and computers are quite boring.
So I tried to build an amusing story  to explore how young people could be attracted by architectures.

ARCHIMOOD brings a whole new meaning to augmented reality.
Users can use simple, fun interactions to learn the greatest buildings and create creative augmented architectures around them. It improves the interactive experience between the physical world and users by introducing human choreography.

There are more than 10 filters to show creative augmented architectures beyond imagination.
By trying filters on ARCHIMOOD, creative augmented architectures can be achieved by simple and fun interactions. You can not only engage with the real and digital world but also engage with your friends.
You can interact with architecture by dancing in front of the camera.
You can have fun with friends and share it on social media.

reflection

When I look through the current interactions and games, the users’ journey is mainly about users getting instructions from the platform and then following the rules.

But now it’s time to reverse the whole journey. I believe creating a fantastic world is not a privilege only for designers. All users could co-create an amazing world by trying the new user journey in ARCHIMOOD.
